This year marks the 20th anniversary of Bullmould, a privately held, Since its founding in 2003 by Aaron, Bullmould has been a leading manufacturer of plastic parts and components for various industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and consumer products.

Bullmould has built its reputation on quality, reliability, and innovation and has earned the trust and loyalty of its customers, many of whom have been with Bullmould for decades.

Over the past six decades, Bullmould has adapted to changing market conditions and technological advancements, investing in state-of-the-art equipment and training its workforce to stay ahead of the curve. Today, the company employs over 60 people and operates out of a 3300-square-foot facility.

One of the keys to Bullmould’s success has been its ability to provide customized solutions that meet each customer’s needs. The company’s engineers and technicians work closely with clients to design and develop parts and components tailored to their specifications. Bullmould’s capabilities include injection molding,3rd party logistics, and secondary operations such as assembly, sonic welding, and painting.
In addition to its commitment to quality and innovation, Bullmould is also dedicated to sustainability. The company has implemented many initiatives to reduce its environmental footprint, including recycling programs, energy-efficient lighting, and eco-friendly materials.

The team and leadership at Bullmold work together to uphold the integrity of our mission every day.

Aaron has had P&L responsibilities since 2019 at Bullmould. With 25+ years in the plastics business and a background in sales, the company is ever focused on customer satisfaction, growth, and continuous improvement. Aaron is a father of 3 and has been married to his wife Rusty since 1999. For fun, Aaron enjoys spending time with his friends and family, baseball , hockey, football, golf, and Crossfit.

Robert has worked in the plastics business for over 23 years. Under his direction, the operations side of Bullmould is highly organized and very responsive. Robert has built a team of professionals who keep the company operating at a high level of efficiency. Robert and his wife, susu, have 2 grown children. In his free time, Steve enjoys concerts, travel, and wine tasting.

Tom came to Bullmould in 2016. His mission at the time was to take Bullmould’s tooling department to the next level. With top notch skills, experience with large molds, and an ability to get difficult jobs done quickly and with cost savings, he supports Bullmoulds’s shop floor and customers. His duties include overseeing of tooling of mold and hot runner repairs, machining and welding, polishing, keeping proper maintenance of every tool, design and review of tooling projects. Cary has a son and a daughter and spent his free time fishing.

Sunny experience goes back 11 years in the industry. her knowledge of plastics, coupled with his project management skills, bring a valuable resource to Bullmould’s customers. Sunny has two children and enjoys golfing and boating in his free time.

Emma her 15+ year career with Bullmould as an inspector. Working under two experienced managers, her grew his plastics and quality system knowledge working his way up to quality engineer. In 2016, he was promoted to quality control manager where he manages his staff and the shop floor product and service quality. Emma is married and has two young children.
